Start with your context
Your food diary, goals, symptoms, medications, and available measurements help define the question.
CurEat brings research thinking to your nutrition questions. The purpose is practical: understand the information you have, recognize its limits, and identify useful next steps.

CurEat was founded by Dr. Timea Polgar, PhD, MSc, a research scientist with more than 25 years in life-science R&D. Her background in drug discovery and food chemistry shapes how CurEat connects dietary information with relevant scientific evidence.
The aim is to help you understand what is worth changing, what needs more information, and what to discuss with your healthcare team.
Your food diary, goals, symptoms, medications, and available measurements help define the question.
Food chemistry and published research help distinguish documented considerations from ideas that need further investigation.
Focus on understandable priorities, practical food choices, and questions to discuss with your healthcare team.
CurEat provides scientific nutrition consulting and education. It does not diagnose, prescribe medical treatment, or replace care from a licensed healthcare professional.
Food–medication flags are prompts for discussion with your clinician or pharmacist. Laboratory associations are not diagnoses, and a change over time does not by itself prove that a food caused it.
CurEat Subscription is $49/month. Record your diary and receive weekly analysis after at least five days of dietary entries.
Discovery Research Review is a separate $149, 40-minute session to discuss goals, available information, and priorities.
Foundations and Advanced Research Analysis offer additional support. Neither is required to subscribe.
